Some surfaces may not seem like they need protection. But the truth is these surfaces need protective coatings too. Sometimes it’s not about protecting the structure — instead, it’s about protecting what goes inside. In the case of this veterinarian’s office, Albers Industrial sprayed the concrete block walls of the stalls with a polyurea protective coating. This provides a softer (yet still incredibly durable) surface for the animals. At the same time, it allows for much easier cleaning and maintenance of the area. Since polyurea lasts much longer than paint, it will be years before a reapplication is needed.
