Here at Albers Industrial we consider safety the backbone of everything we do. Safety is first and foremost on our minds every day, but it is more than that, it is a way of life for us. When it comes to safety everyone is a leader and all voices are heard. By promoting open and free communication with everyone, it becomes a team effort and boosts morale along the way.

Our Goal
The number one goal every day is to ensure that all our employees return home safely to their families. When you make safety a way of life it creates habits that ensure we can complete our projects in a manner that makes our clients proud. We work with our clients to develop a multi-step approach starting with an overall plan, site specific plan and daily specific plans with input from everyone involved. We believe that proper preparation will prevent poor judgement which leads to a healthy work environment.
Our Approach
We approach safety training in multiple ways, starting with individual training utilizing different tools, such as classroom, online and group sessions throughout the year. When everyone starts with Albers, they are required to attend OHSA 10 for field worker and OSHA 30 for supervisors and above. We also work closely with our client’s safety department to make sure that we are compliant with their own requirements as well and they are part of the planning process.
